CANCELLATION POLICIES

We realize that sometimes plans change. In order to be fair to other prospective guests of the Selkirk Arms and to avoid unnecessary charges, please abide by the following minimum cancellation notification schedule:

Cancelation Policies:

Individual rooms

Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 3 days of arrival

Partial Charge - First Night Stay - If canceled within 5 days of arrival

Group bookings - Full charge
3-5 rooms - 5 days prior to arrival
5+ rooms - 10 days prior to arrival

Terms & Conditions:

Non refundable rates pre paid are not transferable or refundable

All prices published are inclusive of VAT charged at the current rate.
We have a car park at the back of the hotel, parking is free both on street and in our car park.

Regrettably we must assess a one night charge per room for cancellations that do not comply with this schedule.
No shows and abbreviated reservations will be charged for the entire reservation.

DOGS

Well behaved dogs are welcome at the hotel and are allowed in your room and in the Burns room lounge, unfortunately for the sake of other diners dogs are not permitted in dining areas. There is a small charge of £7 per night for dogs. Please advise us upon booking if you are bringing your dog.
