CANCELLATION POLICIES

We realize that sometimes plans change. In order to be fair to other prospective guests of the Selkirk Arms and to avoid unnecessary charges, please abide by the following minimum cancellation notification schedule:

Individual room bookings
Weekend - 3days prior to arrival
Midweek - 24 hours prior to arrival
Group bookings
3-5 rooms - 3 days prior to arrival
5+ rooms - 1 week prior to arrival

Regrettably we must assess a one night charge per room for cancellations that do not comply with this schedule.
No shows and abbreviated reservations will be charged for the entire reservation.

All rates are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%

DOGS

Well behaved dogs are welcome at the hotel and are allowed in your room and in the Burns room lounge, unfortunately for the sake of other diners dogs are not permitted in dining areas. There is a small charge of £7 per night for dogs. Please advise us upon booking if you are bringing your dog.
